There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves.

"Searching for a house typically is a time-consuming event that can be both exhausting and frustrating at times. Therefore, I was glad that I was contacted by Karlene Smith when I blindly called Coldwell Bankers with an inquiry on a listing. That particular listing was not available any longer, but Karlene listened to my preferences in what I was looking for, and we scheduled some times to view some other properties that also sparked my interest. With a keen sense of her customers' desires, she seemed to know what I wanted even before I did based upon the other listings that we visited. Therefore, she suggested one that she wanted to show me which wasn't even on my list. In the end, that was the listing I settled with, and I am very pleased with the outcome. The entire process with her, especially her communication, was unparalleled. Her responses were very timely, her attitude was very positive, her work ethic was very efficient, and she was just downright fun to deal with.
